Ordering: If you want to order via mail, print an order form. Fill out the Stock Items section, and send it and a check or money order for the full amount, in U.S. funds, made payable to Bill Dawson, to 2103 Harrison Ave. NW Ste. 2. P.M.B. #341 Olympia, WA 98502 Be sure to include your contact information as well as shipping address. If there will be a delay in shipping, I will attempt to contact you. If an item is no longer available, your payment will be returned promptly.
Taxes: If you live in Alaska, or Oregon, there is no sales tax due. If you live in Washington or California, then I am required to collect sales tax at the rate at your location. Anywhere else all local taxes duties and tariffs are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping: Within the US I generally send things Priority Posts, and the small flat rate box will hold most of what I send. This will cost $15. Payment: Checks or money orders in US funds. We are only able to accept credit card payments through PayPal.
In order to pay via PayPal, follow these steps:
Sign in using your own PayPal account, then select the tab near the top of the page that says “SEND MONEY”.
Enter the email: firstname.lastname@example.org and enter the amount to be paid, click “CONTINUE”.
PLEASE indicate clearly what item(s) you wish to purchase in the message box. Please do check via email whether or not your desired item is in stock.
Return policy: Stock items returned within three months of purchase, in good condition, by the patron who bought them, will be refunded, less the shipping costs. I can’t make refunds for custom orders or items that have been customized or resized. If you return an item insure the package so that you can get your money if the work is lost in the mail.
To inquire about a custom order: Print an order form. Fill out the Custom Orders section, and send it, along with any desired documentation (pictures, copies from books or archaeological reports, etc.) I will then contact you to work out the design details, cost, and timetable. You may also send images and inquiries to my email address.

Could you tell me what you charge for a cast Pelican medalions and a cast laurel medalions? I didn’t see any pricing and am interested in those as well as your chains of office.
